Account Manager (Beauty)

Position Overview:

This is a wholesale sales & planning hybrid. In this role, you would be responsible for tier 2 account management (i.e. Bergdorf Goodman, Holt Renfrew, Saks, Blue Mercury, Dillards), developing sell-in forecasts, negotiating stock, sales plans, and replenishment models. You'd work with the Sales Promotion team to develop sell-through strategies & manage inventory at door level as well.


  • Account management including sell-in, order approvals, PO tracking, and shipments for launch and replenishment orders

  • Oversee seasonal net ship plans for specified accounts, provide weekly updates to net ship forecast, and strategize opportunities to exceed sales plans 

  • Create seasonal demand planning & strategy by SKU for replenishment business

  • Evaluate stock and sales plans, WOS, and replenishment models to identify opportunities to increase sell-in and support sell-through

  • Write all boost orders in advance of promotions, such as launches and new store openings and present sales analysis and sales forecasting during market appointments 

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3-5 years’ sales planning /sales analytics experience

  • Prior experience in Sales, Inventory Planning or Account Management 

  • Prior experience within Beauty, Fashion or Luxury (required)

  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills + attention to detail

  • Advanced Excel (i.e. Pivot Tables & VLookups)
