Manager, Wholesale Sales (North America)

Their mission is to be the go-to accessible luxury brand delivering outstanding quality, design and customer service. They hail from the UK with boutiques in New York City, London, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong and Korea + a scaling wholesale business in the UK & North America.

Position overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving wholesale sales across North America in tandem with the Sales Director (hiring manager). You'll oversee 4 direct reports and play an active role in developing and mentoring them. This position resides in Manhattan but not all of your direct reports will be local. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving growth across North America wholesale partners (i.e. Nordstrom & Saks) to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Support wholesale partners by sharing global in-store experience and operational initiatives/updates in an actionable and timely manner

  • Work closely with UK based Account Management and Merchandising teams to ensure deadlines are met and store guidelines are adhered

  • Oversee operational efficiency identifying issues and proposing solutions

Qualifications:

  • 4-year Degree 

  • 7+ years' of Wholesale Sales experience within Fashion and/or Beaut 

  • Prior managerial experience with a track record of mentoring and growing a team 

  • Prior Wholesale Sales experience (Nordstrom and/or Saks is preferred)

  • OK with 50% domestic travel + 2-3 annual trips to the UK

  • Comfortable working on a lean US team reporting into the UK HQ

  • Must be CUSTOMER OBSESSED, TEAM ORIENTED and RESPECTFUL/KIND
