Marketing Account Manager

Description: You’ll help create both product and brand demand at one of our key wholesale accounts with a focus on digital touchpoints. You will help in the development of seasonal marketing plans specific to account platforms, in conjunction with category marketing teams and the integrated account team. You will drive the creation and execution of supplemental seasonal commercial driving content for the account. You will help to develop integrated e-comm and paid social digital marketing campaigns designed to meet various business objectives and achieve seasonal + 360 communication strategies.

You will partner with the marketing creative team to brief asset requests for instore and digital campaigns in alignment with industry best practices. In addition, you will manage multiple vendors and internal partners to create creative that meets marketing needs while managing the timelines and budgets. You will be asked to recap all marketing related activations in partnership with other account marketing team members to learn and improve our efforts moving forward and help write the future of business with this account.

Qualifications / Minimum requirements:

• 3-5 years professional experience in technology, e-commerce, concept development, retail marketing, marketing and/or business development in a retail environment • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related Field • Experience in the Sell-In Process as it relates to consumer goods • Strong Digital / Ecommerce acumen • A strong understanding of the retail environment across operations, business, and experience. Other requirements: • A creative leader and problem solver. • A proven team player with the ability to drive teams to work differently and with speed and precision. • Strong communicator & team player with other stakeholders(internal/external). • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to Senior Leadership • Able to manage and execute projects and meetings. • Experience in executing strategy and vision for digital and physical experiences. • Proven ability to prioritize workloads, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results • Proven Critical Thinker and Pro-active problem solver that can assess challenges and executed steps to resolve • Experience building and managing a development budget
