Our client, a media and direct response company is seeking a Marketing Analyst. This opportunity is on-site in the valley with full-time hours and the potential to go full-time for the right candidate.
•Provide company-wide reporting and analysis support including: business KPIs, customer behavior, value and engagement, marketing campaign effectiveness and customer segmentation.
•Ability to effectively turn complex data into clear and actionable insights.
•Using CRM software tools, analyze effectiveness of marketing promotions and presenting findings to the leadership team.
•Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports and marketing mix models as needed.
•Identify business trends, marketing shifts, and provide insight to company performance.
•Monitor and assess business operating performance metrics.
•Establish email performance benchmarks, summarize key insights, and recommend actions to improve email performance.
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance or a related field.
•3-5+ years’ experience and demonstrated success in a corporate setting.
•Advanced knowledge of CRM tools and marketing analysis.
•Candidate should be detail oriented, self-motivated, and an excellent creative problem solver, with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple streams of work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
•Strong analysis and problem solving skills with focus on attention to detail.
