Marketing Communications Analyst
Client Overview: Luxury Car Brand with a lengthy history for chic style, quality and speed.
Assist department Directors and Managers in development of annual communication strategy for financial services,
Support the Manager, Marketing Communications to implement marketing database, email, direct mail marketing and advertising campaigns.
Assist the Manager, Marketing Communications with special projects, as required.
Manage the planning and timely production of all dealer communications for the organization.
Prepare, obtain approval and distribute Program Bulletins, Information Notices and all other dealer communications for Porsche and ExB brands. (timeline driven and will require availability at the end/and start of each quarter).
Prepare and update when necessary internal communication material related to financial services program and product content (i.e. Quick Reference Guides, Law Change Notifications, Personnel Updates, etc).
Manage the brand specific financial services intranet spaces with OEM internal digital communication portals (PPN, HUB and DMC) to ensure communications are accessible to the dealers in a timely manner.
Manage daily interface with vendors and agencies regarding the planning, development and fulfillment of POS materials (brochures, etc.), direct mail, and other customer communications (i.e. End of Lease Term communications).
Bachelor’s degree required in a discipline related to marketing and communications
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience with a background in advertising or marketing communications
Ad agency experience valuable (client or agency side)
Captive automotive or similar financial services experience an advantage
Luxury Brand experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and creative software Adobe InDesign, Illustrator
Experience in print, collateral material production, online and other production processes i.e. InDesign
