Marketing Coordinator

Luxury skincare line located in El Segundo is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team and work onsite 30 hours a week. This position is an entry-level position - best suited for junior level candidates. If you are interested, please reply with a copy of your updated resume.

You will support all Consumer Engagement initiatives – from PR and marketing initiatives to social content creation to influencer programs and more. You are a highly collaborative team player with the drive to complete projects on time and with excellence. 

Experiential (60%) 

• Support the development, planning and execution of all consumer/press/influencer- facing events and activations that leverage the brand philosophy and align with the product or campaign strategy 
• Manage the Experiential budget in partnership with Manager, Global Comm from budget creation to implementation and reconciliation 
• Serve as the secondary point of contact to event and agency partners 
• Create product launch recaps, inclusive of execution details and results 
• Spearhead all brand-to-brand outside partnerships together with Manager, Globe Comm and support the day-to-day execution of such campaigns 
• Assist with traditional talent/celebrity/artist relationships to drive brand favorability and advocacy 

Influencer Relations (30%) 

• Engage daily with top influencer IG posts/stories 
• Manage influencer database and daily maintenance of metrics 
• Help to manage mailing lists; capture and log social posts 
• Other influencer-related campaign support, as needed 

Admin/Logistics (10%) 

• Send packages, maintain PR closet, manage product orders, as needed 
• Support PR initiatives, as needed 


• Undergraduate degree required 
• Passion for beauty, lifestyle and wellness industry 
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Understanding of file and asset management 
• Knowledge of and passion for digital/social media and beauty trends 
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment 
• Energetic, solution-oriented team player with strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills 
• Stay up-to-date on new social platforms and tools; monitor competitors and other social media leaders for learnings, insights and best practices to remain a leader in skincare 
• Demonstrate 24/7 approach to responsibilities
