Marketing Director

Provide strategic marketing vison and responsible to develop, design and implement the Company’s strategic and tactical marketing plans including strategic product planning activities; prioritization of product opportunities and management of all aspects of product marketing from conception to production to maximize sales and profits. To manage and align with retailer’s marketing campaign to further maximize sales. Responsible to maximize ROI on all marketing investments. 


• Provides strategic marketing vision 
• Create vison for future marketing initiatives and strategies 
• Plan and administer Company’s Marketing Operations budget; support development of regional marketing budgets by establishment of priorities, determination of projects to be undertaken and allocation of funds 
• Select, develop and supervise staff 
• Development of all marketing collateral and sales support materials for the enhancement of products and promotions 
• Manage all marketing related projects including public relations, social media, events, on-line channels, and videos 
• Develop advertising campaigns and create promotions of products to build brand awareness including for online channels
• Create content (copywriting) for all merchandising graphics, product packaging, marketing materials and on-line channels
• Develop design of all product packaging and manage graphic design team 
• Manage digital and social media initiatives 
• Manage all aspects of artwork, visual graphics and videos to remain on-brand 
• Direct, monitor and evaluate market research programs, strategic planning programs, and corporate communication regarding products. Raises awareness of the brand and builds identity. Maintain consistency of the brand through communication programs 
• Identify market segments, which are large groups of consumers defined by income, ethnicity, age, or a number of other factors. Identify market segments and develop best methods to sell products to target markets 
• Oversee PR Firm and Media agency relationship 
• Work closely with major beauty retailer and align on marketing strategies 
• Manage internal and external marketing calendars 
• Participate in the planning and organization of promotional events 
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time 

Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year college or university, MBA preferred; and/or 
Experience: 10 years of industry experience with at least 5 years of senior level experience 
Computer/Software: MSN office Suite
