CRM Marketing Manager (Luxury Beauty)

Client Overview: 

Our client is an international luxury beauty brand specializing in advanced skincare products. Their innovative, scientific, and groundbreaking research offers unparalleled beauty products that rejuvenate every individual.

Position Overview:

As the CRM Manager, you would be responsible for all things e-CRM as it relates to the brand's DTC website and e-Retail. This reports into a Director, Marketing. 


  • Translate Global CRM program into the North American market

  • Craft and execute compelling customer experiences that elevates the brand experience

  • Collaborate closely with the eRetailer team to evaluate data

  • Oversee CRM strategy; manage database and queries; data collection and segmentation

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 3-5 years’ CRM & eRetail experience within Luxury (Beauty preferred)

  • Experience working with Saks (preferred)

  • Must be self-sufficient, strong follow-through, passionate about luxury

  • Google Analytics (preferred)
