Marketing Project Coordinator

Contract to hire (3-6 months)

Bothell, WA

Are you our marketing administrative maven? Are you a project management prodigy?

Do you have the quick capability of getting things organized, communicated & executed? Are you often told you have first-class coordination and administrative skills and a knack for keeping a department organized?

Our client has a rare opportunity for a Marketing Project Coordinator that will help manage the day-to-day administrative needs of the marketing department. This person will need to have exceptional organizational & communication skills and intense attention to detail. Creative agency traffic coordinator experience is a huge plus!

This role will be the driving force behind the scenes of a growing brand and will report to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager at our corporate headquarters located in Bothell, WA.


  • Route and track progress of creative work
  • Maintain project management software & project trackers in Excel
  • Maintain employee and vendor contact lists
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and assets inventories
  • Assist with payment processing and tracking
  • Maintain, update and communicate changes to shared digital assets programs and folders
  • Collect weekly recaps from field marketing teams
  • Audit field marketing images and reports, and communicate best practices
  • Maintain, update and send out field marketing weekly scorecard
  • Update internal marketing project timelines for all sub-departments
  • Facilitate shipping of physical assets to field marketing and sales teams including collecting allocation information, confirm and communicate delivery timelines, and confirm receipts of all items
  • Additional duties as needed


  • 2-3 years of project coordination, traffic coordination and/or marketing experience
  • College degree preferred
  • Creative agency traffic management preferred
  • Strong grasp & expert knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office suite (OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Note, etc.)
  • Project management software experience a plus
  • Sense of humor & fast/smart wit essential
  • Experience working on a consumer brand a plus
  • Ability to work cross-organizationally
  • Ability to clearly articulate thoughts and action items in writing
  • Is a self-starter and go-getter with a winning, optimistic attitude
