Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for building and executing a program to help its network of exclusive dealers maximize the visibility of the brand within their respective regional territories. We deliver innovative technologies for inspecting wastewater collection systems, helping maintain the health of communities, civil infrastructure and the environment. While working in our fast-paced, growth-oriented company, the Regional Marketing Specialist will have the opportunity to make key contributions to the marketing infrastructure of a company that has maintained double-digit annual growth for the last decade, and which is emerging as the market leader in the fast-growing environmental infrastructure assessment sector. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop a formal regional marketing program that can be implemented by dealers who possess varying degrees of marketing savvy and resources. Communicate style, brand, voice and messaging such that it can be implemented by personnel with varying degrees of marketing sophistication. Design and deliver highly engaging marketing training, in both person-to-person and group settings. Develop turn-key marketing tools and campaigns that can be implemented at a regional level by our dealers. Audit and assess preexisting dealer marketing programs. Implement reporting; gauge and communicate regional effectiveness of marketing. Synthesize, communicate and apply marketing and sales data to identify areas for opportunity and growth. Track and communicate opportunities for advertising in regional publications, and for participating in regional exhibitions and conferences. Cultivate close, productive working relationships with marketing personnel across our dealer network. Implement processes for identifying and communicating novel applications and sales approaches for equipment. Bridge gap between sales and marketing initiatives within the company and across our dealer network. Requirements: Impeccable written and spoken communication skills. Enthusiasm, charisma, and imagination. Self-driven, with ability to develop new marketing initiatives from scratch and see them through to completion. 3-5 years marketing and managerial experience (conceive, plan, manage and successfully deliver marketing projects). Ability to build fruitful working relationships with partners. Excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail. Basic proficiency in MS Office programs, Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software, or willingness to learn. Aptitude for technical subjects, and ability to communicate them to audiences with varying levels of expertise. Strong writing samples Travel requirements: 20-25%
