Media Supervisor

A busy boutique ad agency in west LA is looking for a media supervisor buyer that has DRTV or national TV buying experience. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the week-to-week management of media spend and performance

  • Translate results from data into actionable insights and campaign plans that help drive business goals and improve company performance.

  • Work with central data teams to develop reports and analyses, directly use towards day to day marketing execution activity

  • Drive conversion and revenue maximization and optimal media performance

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and provide analytical support as necessary.

  • Summarize and share structured updates on strategies, tactics and performance with internal stakeholders and executives


  • 5 plus years managing media campaigns

  • Track record of accomplishment at high growth consumer, agencies and/or ad tech companies with a strong direct response focus

  • Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills and a test-and-learn mentality

  • Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives / tasks in parallel as well as changing priorities

  • Ability to build and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Experience and comfort with tag management, web analytics (Google Analytics)

  • A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
