Merchandising Project Coordinator

Leading Cosmetic Company is seeking a Merchandising Project Coordinator!

The Merchandising Project Coordinator main job requirement is to assist the Merchandising Director with various tasks from Purchase Order Requests, budget tracking, managing the Merchandising PR/PD samples, and provide support (as needed) to the Project Managers with Visual Planos, Assortments (Add and Delates), gondola seasonal updates with prototypes and product, and Brand Supply Orders (M43). 


• Assist the Merchandising Director and Finance department to manage and process vendor cost letters, and track all purchase orders and tie them back to the yearly budget 
• Work as the liaison for the merchandising team in getting newness components and unit cartons for internal and external (vendor) use 
• Manage seasonal PR/PD samples for merchandising department, along with all merchandising inventory 
• Distribute copies of weekly visual planograms to upper management with a summary of the updates to the visual planograms 
• Update and maintain in-house merchandising gondolas with prototypes and seasonal updates 
• Work closely with Brand Supply Chain department to manage inbound and outbound orders through SAP 
• Assist in the preparation of project status reports

• Planogram knowledge (beginner lever Adobe Illustrator) is a must 
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications is a must 
• Professional, “Can-do” Attitude 
• Excellent Organizational and Detain Oriented Skills 
• Ability to Multi Task 


• May occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds 

Education/Experience/ Licenses or Certificates: 

• BA in Business or Communications 
• Prior experience in project management 


• Microsoft Office 
• Adobe Suite 
• Displayer (a plus)
