National Accounts Manager, Walgreens (Mass Beauty)


Client Overview: 

Our client is a well-known Mass Beauty Brand known for their obsession with color cosmetics and beauty tools. 

Position Overview:

In this role, you would be responsible for managing the implementation and optimization of field sales fundamentals to drive shipments, net sales and market share growth with a key retailer (Walgreens). This position will require someone based in Greater Chicago Area with frequent day trips to Walgreens HQ + some overnight travel to the brand's LA HQ.


  • Drive customer-centric omni-channel approach and build a strong relationship with relevant stakeholders at Walgreens 

  • Propose and executive customer strategy; negotiate with WAGS Buyers

  • Serve as the key category expert for the full brand portfolio and competitive products 

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at WAGS

  • Evaluate and define the growth levers relevant to WAGS customer with specific focus on shopper insights

  • Drive category strategy agenda and what is needed to win in alignment with brand priorities for WAGS

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ Sales/Customer Development experience

  • Prior experience calling on Walgreens (preferred) or a US Drug/Mass Retailer

  • Ability to travel to customer (Walgreens) 

  • Current/Prior Beauty experience (required)

  • Proven experience managing a field staff

  • Passion & knowledge of Beauty industry
