National Sales Director
Our client is a leading international beauty brand, offering high-end face and body care products. Their luxurious, innovative, and natural products provide the perfect blend of glamour and sustainability.
In this position, you would be responsible for establishing business plans, growing market share, and leading a team of Sales and Education Managers.
• Develop and implement commercial retail strategies aligned with the company’s objectives to accelerate growth
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, identify and develop market opportunities, and strengthen retail stores and spas relationships
• Negotiate and implement trade plans for key accounts and build strong partnerships with store management and staff across the country
• Hire and mentor direct reports and collaborate with Sales and Education Managers to maximize business opportunities and exceed sales plans
• Generate weekly and monthly retail sales performance reports by retailer and provide key insights and recommendations
• Establish and manage the sales budget and provide support on scheduling and priority management to the SEMs
• 7+ years’ cosmetics, skincare, and spa industry experience
• 7+ years’ cosmetics, skincare, and spa management experience
• Billingual in English and French
• Sephora and pharmacy experience preferred
