Office Manager

Our client, a high fashion line for Women and Men's clothing, shoes and accessories is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team in Calabasas! 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create and implement procedures that help the office run more efficiently
  • Maintain office condition and adherence to brand standards
  • Arrange necessary repairs / upgrades
  • Conduct light cleaning work to keep kitchen and office common areas clean
  • Manage budgeting, ordering, and stocking snacks and catered lunches
  • Order, document, and help set up office equipment requests
  • Plan and help implement monthly company-wide events ranging from volunteer opportunities to happy hours to professional development
  • Maximize office layout as employee size increases
  • Manage office general budget and ensure accurate and timely expense submission

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter mindset, able to work under minimal direction
  • 4+ years of proven experience as an Office Manager at a fast-growing start up
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google suite
  • Strong sense of detail, organization, and design aesthetic
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure of multiple deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A team-player attitude, willing to do whatever it takes to keep the office clean and organized
