Office Manager/Executive Assistant - Direct Hire
Our client, a premier construction management and consulting firm in West LA and they are looking for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join their team.
This is a temp-to permanent opportunity with full-time hours.
Here is a brief overview of responsibilities and qualifications:
- Calls, emails, appointments, etc.
- Light HR – vacation days (tracking) and hiring of admin
- Troubleshooting – IT issues and working with the vendors
- Someone who works well with others, managing the office/admin team,
- Learn and train – ie: docusign
- All amazon orders, spending/budget
- Managing the contracts – the phone provider, insurance policies, etc.
- Contracts to new clients
- 4 year degree
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Suite
- Great communication
