Online Marketing Coordinator

Retail company located in Lincoln Heights is looking for an Online Marketing Coordinator. This role is onsite, part time 25-30 hours a week. 

Job Purpose: The Online Marketing Coordinator will support the digital marketing initiatives for the retail brand.  This role is not only instrumental in assisting the daily operations of the global enterprise email program, but is also an integral part of the universal commerce experience by assisting with a variety of activities that push content, drive brand affinity, and drive sales. 

Deliverables:

• Assist Web Production Manager with day-to-day activities that support both online and offline marketing initiatives

• Brief the design team with all digital marketing specifications for promotional and brand activities including affiliates, paid social, PPC, display, app and website updates

• Maintain promotional calendar updates and take lead on team communication to ensure deadlines are met

• Assist with promotional code set up, QA and analysis

• Maintain our internal asset production flow and identify areas to improve efficiency

• Proof/Edit copy submitted for product categories, landing pages, emails, subject lines, app pushes, paid social media campaigns and all other marketing content

• Assist as needed with Email campaign set up, testing and deployment

• Communicate ideas and trends to facilitate improved consumer targeting and marketing productivity

• Partner with cross-functional team members to maintain good communication, efficiency and retail alignment 

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of online marketing experience desired in fast-paced environment

• Ability to develop strong, consistent messaging, copy and creative concepts, which align with brand

• Salesforce experience highly desired

• Experience working with CRM databases, email platforms and email segmentation is preferable

• Moderate HTML experience strongly preferred

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Ability to multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines

• Strong organization and change-management skills
