Job Description

-              Production process management (45%)

o             Responsible for quantity recommendations, executing production against finalized designs from the marketing team, creating/overseeing distribution plans, and inventory management.  In short, end to end management of all our physical collateral throughout the year.

o             Work closely with each vendor to have a clear understanding of their processes.  Use this understanding to anticipate impacts of design changes and clearly communicate that to the marketing team. 

o             Facilitate vision/brainstorm conversations between Design/Marketing/Production partners at project kick off.  Take action items for the larger team from these meetings and make sure production moves forward on time.

o             Provide insight to process implications in the planning phase of each project. Bring forward necessary considerations for packaging, shipping, delivery requirements early in the process, guiding the team in decision making process. 

-              Promo card program management (25%)

o             Ownership of the production process, coordinating to meet requested timelines

o             Understanding the program to influence proposed promotions and make changes to optimize the financial impact of each proposed promo

o             Maintain quarterly recaps, providing insight into the impact of the program overall, highlighting successful promotions and growth of the program

-              Vendor Management (15%)

o             Clear communication with vendors on project details, so things get completed correctly, on time, the first time

o             Minimize costs where possible, with an eye to quality and creating a premium experience

o             Sourcing of new vendors to bring innovative initiatives to life throughout the year

-              Program Management (15%)

o             Operational aspects of seasonal refreshes

-              Planogram creation

-              Execution of Digital placement on website.

-              Go live dates aligned with all vendors and partners

o             Off Season inventory management

-              Ad Hoc Store request

-              Quarterly inventory surveys

-              Warehouse inventory levels

o             New Store Openings

-              Coordinate with Analyst to set up reporting and goals

-              Ensure cards are shipped and received on time

-              Givex store set up

-              Service Channel Set up for Pedestal

-              Skill Set:

o             Detail oriented and relentlessly curious. Comfortable asking questions to achieve a full understanding of processes and project plans

o             Big picture thinker, able to translate general ideas into actionable project plans

o             Tenacious project manager with excellent communication and influence skills

o             Proficient with data interpretation and practical application to processes and project plans

o             Process minded; quick to pick up on details and understand future impact of actions/decisions

o             Comfortable with technical processes at a high level; able to translate technical details into actionable project plans
