Our client, the go-to resource for the newest trends in kitchen appliances and bath fixtures, is looking for a Operations Support Coordinator to join their team in Santa Monica!
Operations Support Coordinator will be responsible for: order status follow up, scheduling, sales support and customer service.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Strong organization and communication skills and ability to work on multiple competing priorities.
A strong commitment to assisting customers and providing a quality customer experience with the ability to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude when working with customers.
Respond to customer questions and requests, resolve complaints, and de-escalate issues as needed.
