Operations Support Coordinator

Our client, the go-to resource for the newest trends in kitchen appliances and bath fixtures, is looking for a Operations Support Coordinator to join their team in Santa Monica!

Operations Support Coordinator will be responsible for: order status follow up, scheduling, sales support and customer service.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Strong organization and communication skills and ability to work on multiple competing priorities.

  • A strong commitment to assisting customers and providing a quality customer experience with the ability to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude when working with customers.

  • Respond to customer questions and requests, resolve complaints, and de-escalate issues as needed.

  • Most importantly, your behavior must at all times be aligned with company core values.

Requirements:

  • 1 year (Preferred) account management

  • 1 year (Preferred)customer service

  • 1 year (Preferred) Education:High school or equivalent
