Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Paid Social Manager, responsible for the management of one of our most crucial customer acquisition channels. You will manage all aspects of paid social campaigns including media planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, reporting and budget pacing, as well as strong partnership with creative. You will be also responsible for any other paid media efforts (Google suite + new channels).
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, QA, optimize and report on paid social media campaigns.
  • Manage and support any additional Paid Media Channels 
  • Handle daily campaign management including monitoring pacing,delivery, tracking optimizations and escalating issues.
  • Become an export on social audience performance testing i.e: how do reach them and bring them into the acquisition funnel.
  • Lead daily/weekly/monthly reporting, with the goal of building best practices and iterating on what works.
  • Designing and executing tests (platform, placement, creative, audience) that improves efficiency in our efforts.
  • Contribute to constantly developing and sophisticating our approach to paid social.
  • Educate internal teams on best practices, platform updates and new products
  • Identify actionable opportunities for growth, as informed by data analysis.

Overall Qualifications 

  • 3-5+ years of paid social campaign management.
  • Mastery of paid social platform and self-service UI’s (ie: in-platform management)
  • Knowledge of web analytics and Google Analytics is required.
  • Understanding of paid social creative best practices, and having an eye for creative quality.
  • Consultative, communicative approach and enthusiasm for educating internal teams.
  • Inherent interest in paid social, media, video and emerging trends.
