Paid Social Media Director (Ecommerce) - Fulltime

Our client – a growing cosmetic line – is looking for an Paid Social Media Director to join the team in a full-time position!
Please note: It is crucial that you have experience running the majority of your spend on Paid Social (up to 80%). If you have this experience, apply, and also highlight!
You will:

  • Build and own a large paid social budget, along with the strategy (Total Daily Social Budget is $60K: $38K Facebook, $10K Instagram, $2K YouTube)
  • Manage media spend across SEM, including Display and Retargeting , Direct to Publisher channels
  • Partner with Head of Growth Manager  to plan P&L on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Develop the digital marketing strategy as well as track, analyze and report on the strategy
  • Work with in-house Creative team to directly develop digital and video ads for campaigns
  • Implement and optimize campaigns to drive KPIs
  • Ensure that sales and performance metrics are met
  • Plan and execute A/B multivariate tests
  • Manage and training 2 entry-level team members

Ideal candidate:

  • Has experience running a large Paid Social Budget (Total Daily Social Budget is $60K: $38K Facebook, $10K Instagram, $2K YouTube)
  • Experience in media buying metrics and attribution models
  • At least 3 years of management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of digital paid media managing large budgets
  • 5 years’ experience in paid media, direct response marketing and eCommerce
  • Out of the box ideas for creative, targeting and buying
