As the Patient Care Coordinator, you would be responsible for serving as a brand ambassador, greeting guests, scheduling clients, and upselling products and treatments.
• Answer the main phone line, direct calls, and take messages, and maintain reception manual and process documentation
• Greet guests professionally and represent the brand and manage front desk guest calendar and sort and distribute correspondence
• Schedule clients through the internal system, check clients in and out, provide beverages, and guide clients through the facility
• Be a brand ambassador, up sell products and treatments, sell memberships, answer questions, and provide the highest-level customer service
