Performance Marketing & eCommerce Manager

Leading Consumer Goods company is looking to add a dynamic, results oriented Performance Marketing & eCommerce Manager to their team! The company is adding product lines and continuing to grow. This role will play an integral part in that continued growth. This role will be very hands on!

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns – SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Native Ads
  • Partner closely with the social media team to drive sales
  • Ensure all initiatives are on-brand and cohesive
  • Analyze and provide reports of effectiveness of campaigns
  • Make recommendations based on analysis to drive success
  • Develop and manage the eCommerce calendar in partnership with other teams
  • Utilize strong understanding of site merchandising and site KPIs to drive revenue
  • Consistently improve consumer experience
  • Experience managing Performance Marketing including email, social and display campaigns
  • Google Analytics Certification preferred
  • 5 years’ experience in eCommerce
  • Ability to prioritize competing needs
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Prior experience in the beauty industry is a plus!
