Performance Marketing Manager

Our client is a rapidly growing CPG company with an impressive portfolio of brands.

Job Overview: 

In this role, you will focus on digital and performance marketing to drive and grow e-commerce revenue.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute digital marketing, paid search/social, and influencer marketing strategies
  • Drive customer acquisition programs and evolve recommendations based on insights
  • Identify and present new opportunities and areas of growth that will improve digital media ROI
  • Gather and analyzes relevant metrics on an ongoing basis, with an ability to react quickly to ongoing campaign results, to optimize schedules, analyze media alternatives and make strong recommendations
  • Optimize performance through a digital media mix comprised of PPC, paid search, paid social, retargeting and display media campaigns
  • Manage direct media buys with multiple publishers and vendors
  • Interface and help manage relationships with third parties who are also executing on marketing campaigns for our brands, owning all reporting and accountability for goals and communication with our brand partners
  • Collaborate cross-channel with other teams to provide a holistic view of digital footprint and better understanding of how each channel interacts with each other
  • Monitor buying strategies and keep abreast of industry trends


  • 2-4 years’ experience in digital performance marketing specifically: Search, paid social
  • Experience with building and managing a media plan
  • Experience working with publishers, agencies and native platforms for programmatic display
  • Strong background in managing campaigns to ROI
  • Results and numbers focused with an ability to analyze results 
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet frequent deadlines
  • Team player and positive attitude
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
