Personal Shopping Manager
Our client is an iconic fashion brand presenting must-haves in everything fashion, such as apparel, accessories, and shoes. Their on-trend, cool, and fun products are celebrated by the most stylish trendsetters across the world.
In this position, you would be responsible for providing exceptional world-class customer experience and building client relationships. You would also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team to drive client loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional client experience by sharing product information, answering any questions, and suggesting and styling on-trend looks incorporating apparel and accessories
• Manage a team and mentor employees by training individuals on key service and selling techniques; inspire and demonstrate to the team how to wear the product and represent the brand; present various techniques for employees to connect with clients
• Drive the personal shopping vision and collaborate with the General Manager to review department performance and opportunities to drive exceptional service
• Liaise with various cross-functional teams, such as personal shopping, press, marketing, and social to ensure seamless execution of high profile appointments and all pertinent information is communicated to relevant teams
• Recruit and retain outstanding individuals to represent the brand and implement the brand’s vision; train employees and ensure they gain necessary technical and behavioral skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, stand for long periods of time, and lift boxes
