NAM BRAND DESIGN PRODUCER (PM) Job Description The position of Producer is a dual role consisting of part Project Manager, part Account Manager who is not just able to ensure on time delivery but the production of quality, on brand, category specific creative to the needs of the client. For each BU, a producer’s primary client is the In-Store Communications Manager (ISC) but will consider the creative needs of the BU holistically. • Project manager base with an understanding of brand communication and brand standards to act as advisement to client • Integrated in the end-to-end process including planning, estimating and has a vested interest in the successful completion of each project. • The PM will build a plan with the client for a deliverable or campaign and then brief Brand Design or appropriate external agency based on the requirements of the job. • The PM oversees the project’s day-to-day progress and reports back to the client with any changes. • Intake all CtC and BU requests and gather pertinent information required for a kick-off Primary Responsibilities • Point of contact while in retail project. • Intakes all internal brand design request. • Intakes all CtC and BU requests to set them up to be run. • PO generation. • Tracking budget • Highlight action items for ISC manager. • Attend offsite meetings with partners. Secondary Responsibilities • Support and advisement when requested based on retail communication. • Support to BU as it relates to retail specific needs, i.e. holistic calendar. • High-level overview as to what is happening in the BU at all times. i.e. good to be at BU meetings like men’s/women’s teams. • Meeting recaps. • Internal Brand Design team is informed on what is happening holistically with the BU. Primary Responsibilities of Category Partner (ISC) • Ultimate approver of retail communication • Own the brief • Brief in selected team • Create retail strategy that supports Running global and US comms direction • Lead the development of retail focused tools and experiences for US accounts • Create US and account specific retail tools that are outside of global toolkit • Ensure all retail marketing is aligned with global and brand direction • Direct external partners to ensure solutions are aligned to brand direction • Create pop-up shops and similar temporary retail experiences for priority US accounts • Collaborate with Events & Digital regarding integrated marketing plan • In store event execution • Review briefs with BU Senior Comms Manager
