Product Marketing Manager, Beauty

Client Overview:

Position Overview:

This is a newly created position reporting into a Marketing Director. In this role, you will touch consumer, digital, and product marketing. Our client has traditionally gone direct-to-consumer, but recently added distribution with Walmart + Amazon with more to come so you'll support the growing marketing channels.  


  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic digital marketing and demand creation campaigns for direct-to-consumer sites; drive and create incremental demand and consumer acquisition strategies across multiple digital channels

  • Direct the planning process and strategy development aligned with e-commerce objectives; maintain an effective marketing channel strategy and mix; drive campaign plans for new consumer acquisition, engagement, and revenue 

  • Liaise with external business and merchandising teams to execute CRM and email marketing campaigns; identify and work with digital marketing agencies to drive engagement and increase sales; partner with media companies to launch new pilot programs and grow e-commerce

  • Identify new channels for opportunity and provide recommendations to key stakeholders; analyze and recommend digital marketing tools

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 3 years’ consumer/product marketing experience, preferably in beauty

  • Product Development experience in addition to Marketing is a plus 

  • Currently living or willing to commute to Long Island

  • Comfortable working at a small company (12-15 employees)
