Commercial real estate brokerage in Orange County is a seeking a Production Artist to join their team!
Responsibilities include design, layout, and production of marketing collateral, advertising and print concepts. The individual for this position should be extremely organized and have outstanding time management and multi-tasking skills. The individual is responsible, creative, personable, dedicated, and proactive.
IMPORTANT: Applicants MUST be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Create, input, layout, and design various marketing and presentation materials: proposals, investment marketing packages, aerials, site plans, and promotional marketing materials
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction, working within tight deadlines
- Work independently and in team settings
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with all members of the team and the agents
- Other tasks dependent upon the company’s workload
- Proven ability in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop/ Illustrator/ InDesign
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize projects
- Excellent writing, editing, formatting, and oral communication skills
- Firm understanding of strategic graphic design
- Enjoys working hard and ready to be challenged
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player
- Industry experience preferred – but not required
- 5 years minimum experience
