Programs Manager

The Integrated Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for developing market and product-specific integrated marketing plans to ensure they are optimized and coordinated across channels; aligned with key functional areas (Marketing, Sales, Product, Strategic Communications, CCS, etc.) to ensure excellent execution, and strategically aligned with enterprise priorities and realities to deliver sales targets. Must demonstrate flexibility and agility to support B2B business development and retention efforts in a variety of market (and product/brand) segments including small, mid-size and large groups; be able to effectively support CRO in their efforts to grow membership and solution sales through the producer and employer channels; and be able to pivot and manage across multiple collaborative, multi-disciplinary work groups. General Functions and Outcomes Evaluates market dynamics, financial/budget information, and other relevant data to make decisions about marketing strategy and tactics. Develops integrated marketing plans that account for distributed accountability, differing priorities and complex dependencies. Manages complex projects and processes and facilitates change across a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver results with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities. Manages execution of integrated marketing plans with responsibilities distributed across the organization via established relationships, effective controls, and identification of accountability. Negotiates and resolves complex and sensitive issues with diplomacy and persuasiveness. Serves as a supplemental point of contact for Director, B2B Strategy and Integrated Marketing, representing the department at cross-functional strategy and planning meetings, or other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Successful candidates MUST have the following experience: • Content cultivation with Subject matter expert coordination • Speaker Prep and guidance • Webinar/Platform experience – lead role • Powerpoint proficient • Analytics / Reporting • Communication Adept at maintaining a program portfolio of project plans and budgets, prioritizing workstreams, tracking metrics, and delivering progress reports to internal and external audiences. Strength in strategic thinking, implementing business strategies and driving results across internal teams and/or external partners. Strong knowledge base in Integrated Marketing concepts and strategies, as well as software tools such as MS Office 365, Salesforce and Adobe Creative Cloud. Ability to evaluate program effectiveness, identify issues and opportunities, and work to continuously improve programs offered. Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to resolve issues and build consensus among groups of diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated competency in project management including ability to lead complex implementations with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, to interact with senior leadership as well as groups and individuals at all levels of the organization. Operates with autonomy in anticipating issues, assessing risks, making tradeoffs and balancing business needs versus constraints. Represents enterprise in a positive professional manner in the marketplace. May require participation in industry and affinity groups, such as NAHU, SHRM, EBPA, AMA, and PRSA. Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above: The Integrated Marketing Programs Manager would have a BA/BS in marketing, communications or relevant field, 8-10 years of experience that includes analysis, development, and execution of integrated marketing strategies within a complex organization or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Licenses, Certifications, Registration, Etc. Must have a valid state driver’s license with a good driving record and proof of auto insurance. Work Environment No unusual working conditions. Work primarily performed in office environment. Occasional travel required, locally or out of state. Will be required to work outside normal hours.
