Full-time, direct-hire opportunity: This position will work with our Store Closing Services group.
Principal Duties of the Project Manager include:
Manages all aspects of a job including, but not limited to, preparing the initial bid, coordinating workers, and managing the on-site store closing process.
Develop strong relationships with key contacts, insuring current business is being effectively managed and looking for opportunities to generate new business.
Responds in a timely manner to all customer requests.
Assists with data planning, projected workloads and support in resolving customer issues as needed.
Collaborates with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information.
Directs and performs all functions required to execute programs and projects on time and within the scope of work.
Is sales minded, collaborative in nature, solution oriented and possesses strong interpersonal skills with a take charge personality.
Attends department meetings and other company meetings as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum requirements for the Project Manager position include:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline is preferred. Related experience will be considered.
Three (3) years of Project Management, Account Management, and/or Sales experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook primarily).
General math skills required.
Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities.
Work well independently as well as within a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact effectively with management, customers, and team members.
