Proposal Manager

Inthis role you will work on a variety ofproposals (RFP, RFI, etc.) to produce winning results. 


• Works on all aspects of proposaldevelopment for strategic or high-value sales opportunities 
• plans to publish a winning proposal with acompelling story for a given opportunity. Scope of responsibility includes allrequired responses to RFP
• Maintains understanding of bid strategies asthey evolve; develops methods for integrating and capturing final bid strategyin the proposal 
• Applies proposal process, methodology and bestpractices 
• Maintains compliance with requirements, internalcontrols, external regulations (e.g., procurement process), and salesmethodology 
• Develops, scores, and maintains compliancematrix; including compliance with sales methodology

Key Qualifications:

• Thorough and detail oriented,organized, with excellent time management skills 
• Ability to take ownership of the entire proposaland ensure a compelling and consistent message 
• Strong project management skills 
• Expert in Microsoft Word 
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint,and Adobe Acrobat Pro 
• Strong proposal design skills to communicateinformation with impact
