Quality Control Coordinator

Position Overview:

In this role you will assist in the inspection of incoming goods at the distribution center.


  • Help to find solutions to correct merchandise with problems

  • Oversea the repair process with stores and customers

  • Provide customer service – speaks directly with the customers

  • Prepares paperwork and follows up on RTVs

  • Maintains appropriate records

Key Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, some college desirable

  • 5+ years quality control/warehouse/inventory experience

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong computer skills

  • Strong organizational skills
