Position Overview:

In this position, you would be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance in a professional and efficient manner.


• Answer the main phone line, direct calls, and take messages and maintain reception manual and process documentation 
• Greet guests professionally and represent the brand, manage the front desk guest calendar, and schedule appointments

• Provide the highest-level customer service, answer customer questions and inquiries, update and distribute company phone lists

• Manage incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and deliveries and oversee office presentation and maintenance

Key Qualifications:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Possess strong communications skills and a professional demeanor
