Receptionist/Office Manager

Reception/Office Management Duties
• Greeting all visitors
• Answering the main phone and transferring calls as necessary
• Receiving deliveries and assisting with incoming/outgoing mail (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc)
• Organization, cleanliness, and management of office spaces (kitchen and conference rooms)
• Generation of weekly office schedule

Executive Assistant Duties
• Perform ad-hoc printing and scanning duties
• Assist with expenses and travel accommodations
• Assist with maintaining Managing Directors calendar

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as receptionist or within office management
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness/flexibility to take on ad hoc projects/tasks as they pop up
