Recruiting Coordinator

Our client, a Leading Denim Brand is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator! This candidate must be able to handle fast paced environment, intensive scheduling, strong attention to detail, great customer service/candidate experience, interest in recruiting. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage new hire onboarding process, including interview scheduling, follow up communication to candidates, and processing all new hire paperwork
  • Manage applicant tracking system including requisition creation, candidate status management, and reporting
  • Manage temporary associate request for all departments including communication with agencies, screening candidates, and hiring 
  • Communicate with IT and cross functional partners to ensure first day set up for all new hires
  • Coordinate, promote and participate in internship and campus recruiting events
  • Serve as point of contact for candidates and internal associates during the interview process including overseeing travel details
  • Support the offer and new hire onboarding process, including background verification, offer packets, and candidate correspondence
  • Responsible for generating reports from the applicant tracking system for requisition reconciliation and finance updates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years experience in Talent Acquisition/ HR work required
    • Must have a strong interest in recruiting
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills with superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Project management skills preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately under time constraints
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
