Recruiting Coordinator

Leading lifestyle brand is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team! The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of recruiting experience, be driven, hyper organized and able to work independently.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Assist recruiting team with a variety of functions as needed
  • Conduct initial resume reviews and filter accordingly
  • Schedule phone and in-person interviews and send confirmations accordingly
  • Book any travel necessary for interviews including flights, hotels, car transportation
  • Post new job descriptions
  • Facilitate process of hiring temps
  • Partner closely with outside staffing agencies – working to build and maintain these relationships
  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting team
  • Identify ways to improve the hiring process
  • Provide status updates to hiring managers and candidates
  • Serve as a representation of the company and promote accordingly
  • 1+ years recruiting experience
  • Passion for recruiting and desire to grow within a recruitment role
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient within Microsoft Office
  • Experience with recruiting tools including LinkedIn recruiter
  • Ability to learn new programs
  • Hardworking and driven
  • Hyper organized and able to manage a variety of moving parts constantly
  • Ability to prioritize according to shifting goals
