Recruitment Partner, Retail Operations (New Jersey)

Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, providing a proactive and strategic end to end recruitment service for Operational and Customer Service teams.  You will build relationships within the local communities to establish a pipeline of talent and affirm our presence in the region as a preferred employer. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full lifecycle ownership for bringing in high quality talent into the organization for operational and service teams

  • Create an unforgettably positive candidate and customer experiences

  • Organize and schedule interviews; passively engage with talent in the short and long term building productive talent pipelines

  • Organize recruitment activities to cultivate relationships with colleges, schools, social and civic groups 

  • Liaise with the hiring managers to design effective and measurable interviews and ensure feedback is of the highest quality

  • Contribute to the interview process by conducting robust behavioral/competency and values based interviewing


  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3+ years' Recruitment experience with high volume, quality recruitment in either a corporate retail or agency environment

  • Understanding of US employment law, specifically New Jersey and New York

  • Knowledge of WorkDay (ATS) -- MAJOR PLUS

  • Strong project management skills; articulate with excellent writing skills with an emphasis on confidentiality and diplomacy
