Position Overview:

In this role, you would be responsible for leading the establishment of new retail store locations, achieving sales targets, and training a sales team.


• Lead the establishment and opening of new retail store locations, ensure staff receives necessary training, and evaluate staff performance

• Achieve sales targets and support the assigned stores with achieving market goals and cultivate customer leads and relationships

• Supervise staff to ensure efficiency and productivity; hire and retain employees; conduct employee performance reviews; maintain attendance records; plan and assign employee work schedules

• Support the development of employee sales techniques and professional development; ensure utilization of elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales 

• Remain current of present fashion trends and styles to incorporate into recommendations; understand current merchandise selection and features

• Analyze sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business and set business strategies; greet customers, open and close the store, and maintain an organized store presentation

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven sales experience

• Team management experience
