Regional Sales Manager

Position Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager will play a key leadership role in the growth of its wholesale business.


Core Responsibilities:

1.    Research and create a book of business to grow the revenue and profitability of Nava NY along with the executive sales team

2.    Establish and nurture productive, professional relationships with key accounts

3.    Negotiate wholesale agreements with new and existing customers

4.    Create promotions that increase in-season and out-season sales volume

5.    Coordinate with Nava’s production team to keep inventory levels steady

6.    Work directly with individual schools and greek-life organizations to create working sales relationships

7.    Assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing business – stay ahead of the trends

8.    Facilitate teamwork and high-level communications between many internal and external customers

9.    Solicit and develop new businesses with national reach and scalability

Education & Experience

1.    Bachelor's Degree required

2.    Minimum 2 years of retail or wholesale sales experience selling collegiate apparel or merchandise across B2B or B2C verticals 

3.    Experience in women’s fashion, accessories and/or jewelry a must

4.    Advanced MS Office Proficiency (especially excel)

5.    Travel approximately 10-20% for events and sales opportunities

6.    Management experience with campus reps
