Regional Sales Manager - Luxury Watches
Our client is a renowned timepiece brand creating the highest-level quality timepieces unlike any other. Their luxurious, highly-crafted, and unique designs offer timeless elegance for influencers across the globe.
In this role, you would oversee existing accounts within the region to achieve forecasted sales target and overall company annual sales projection. You would also be responsible for implementing innovative changes, such as training and case space negotiation.
• Oversee accounts in assigned territory, including selling activities, stock management, merchandising, account servicing, and coop marketing activities
• Research, develop, and implement innovative changes, such as training and case space negotiation, to increase in-store visibility and sell-through
• Develop the distribution channel aligned with the brand strategy; provide solutions to meet customers' needs and objectives
• Present strategic promotional events in coordination with the management team; partner directly with the Brand Manager to review status of accounts
• Complete forecasts, sales analysis, and additional reports as necessary
• 5+ years’ wholesale experience at a luxury watch or jewelry brand
• Experience in luxury sales
• Ability to travel extensively
