Retail Channel Marketing | Prestige Beauty | NYC

**NOTE: Accepting Associate Manager and Manager level applicants - title will commensurate with experience but MUST have prior beauty experience working with U.S. channel (open to prestige and mass backgrounds)**


35 year old world-renowned beauty brand who is known for their natural look. Created with nourishing, skin loving, pure ingredients. 

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for supporting channel marketing programs across retail channel (their own brick and mortar) to broaden and raise consumer product and brand awareness.


  • Create ongoing channel plans to identify the best new customer segments to pursue, based on data available through internal and external resources 
  • Implement innovative and effective channel marketing campaigns to launch new products or grow existing sales 
  • Execute Channel Marketing strategy to ensure development of plan capitalizes on opportunities, maximizes ROI and meets/exceeds current business goals
  • Maintain and communicate campaign timelines and updates with cross-functional partners ensuring proper collection and monitoring of data to assess ongoing performance and KPI tracking
  • Analyze results at the channel level of new product launches and trade marketing initiatives
  • Partner with Global Brand, Sales Operations and Supply Chain on production and allocation of samples and gifts with purchase where region specific
  • Collaborate with Product Development for new product introduction using the most effective and relevant means to reach channel partners and gain exposure 
  • Track and manage spend against budget; reconcile budgets and invoices of channel marketing
  • Write creative briefs in alignment with global guidance and toolkits

Key Qualifications:        

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience developing and executing US/North America channel marketing campaigns and product launch strategies with the end goal of acquiring new customers and raising brand/product awareness 
  • Experience working in Beauty (prestige or mass is acceptable) across any of the following categories: Cosmetics, Skincare, Fragrance
  • Knowledge on current advertising and marketing trends, media industry news, consumer behavior reports, entertainment/pop culture and retail innovation in order to understand how best to market to our target consumer
