Retention Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

In this role, you would be responsible for leading the development of refer-a-friend programming, triggered transaction series, and retention programs


• Build out and optimize the customer lifecycle strategy and segmentation modeling for needle moving CRM campaigns and customer communications
• Manage weekly CRM tactics to increase customer LTV by driving engagement, retention, and purchasing frequency

• Oversee weekly email marketing programs, including customer segmentation, email deployment scheduling, and rigger email setup

• Lead end to end project management for all email communications, including managing production and execution through QA and deployment
• Partner with the customer service team to ensure all communications are clear and actionable to customers

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree 

• 4 years’ experience in a retail ecommerce environment
• 2 + years’ CRM/Email Marketing
• Passionate about optimization and data analysis, discovering new insights across to increase performance
