Sales Account Manager (K-Beauty)

Client Overview:

Our client is a fast-growing K-Beauty brand, developed by a Dermatologist. They're known for their BB cream and USDA certified unisex skincare with fun packaging.

Position Overview:

In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and responding to opportunities that build long-term market share and maximize sales. You will work closely with the US Sephora account to increase sales potential. 


  • Analyze sales targets, performance and develop a clear business plan for strategic accounts

  • Manage and negotiate with accounts on calendars, projections, allocations, orders, promotional dates, etc.

  • Drive Sell-In of new launches and analyze business performance on an ongoing basis proposing recommendations to improve retail sales

  • Annual planning for sales targets, new launches, forecast and activation opportunities

  • Lead entire sales cycle from lead generation to order delivery and payment

  • Identify and research valuable emerging markets in designated territories

  • Develop sales strategies to keep company competitive and innovative

  • Collaborate with our in-house Education Team as well Sephora Education and other partners

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3-5 years Sales Management or Business Development experience in Prestige Skincare

  • MUST have experience with Sephora (USA)

  • Excellent prospecting skills and superior closing skills

  • Sense of urgency and ability to manage details while responding to changing priorities and feedback

  • Ability to travel overnight
