Sales Administration Coordinator – Budget Analyst
Department: Sales

Primary Purpose: 
We are currently looking for Sales Administration Support who provides support to the Assistant Vice President of Sales Administration thru coordination of calculating and processing commissions and bonus plan payments for the Sales side of the business. Additionally supporting the budget side of the business through calculations and tracking for sales visibility.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Support and document sales team processes and plans related to commission and bonuses
- Monthly and Quarterly Commissions and bonus plan processing
- Prepare ad hoc business data requests aligned to budgets and comp
- Run Daily Sales reporting file and end of month daily orders reporting for final week

- Building Budget Spend Loads
- Managing T&E and Sample Budget tracking against spend.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required – in finance or accounting
- 1+ years experience in compensation calculation type positions or related field
- Experience in gathering business requirements for ad-hoc analysis a plus.
- Experience with SAP,mapping tools and some business intelligence background to support the analytics
- Proficiency in Excel and pivot tables
