Sales Administrative Assistant

In this role you will provide administrative support to the Sales Administration department; duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work.
• Maintains active Excel-based databases
• Assists in the management of accounts in coordination with ASM’s and Sales Liaisons
• Supports Sales Administration staff in all areas of the department. Supports smooth workflow
• Manages mailings
• Assists in processing invoices
• Maintains spreadsheets and physical files
• Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented; highly motivated
• Excellent Excel skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Excellent clerical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
