In this role, you would be responsible for supporting the customer experience and operational efficiency to ensure excellence across all areas.
• Support the customer experience and operational efficiency to ensure excellence and the highest-level authenticity across all areas
• Drive sales metrics across conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail, and units per transaction
• Create a memorable and exceptional customer experience and establish and build relationships with clients
• Serve as the key representative and expert of the brand and product information, such as inspiration, features, color, and materials
• Remain knowledgeable of current merchandise, answer all questions, and provide customized recommendations based on client needs and style
• Maximize every selling opportunity by suggesting key pieces, incorporating latest trends, and highlighting current promotions
• 2-3 years’ retail experience
• Proven experience working with affluent and luxury brands is an asset
• High-volume traffic experience is an asset
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Bilingual in another language is an asset
