Sales and Education Manager (K-Beauty)

Client Overview:

Our client is a fast-growing K-Beauty brand, developed by a Dermatologist. They're known for their BB cream and USDA certified unisex skincare with fun packaging.

Position Overview:

In this position, you will support Sales and Education function in a collaborative, cross-functional effort by driving strategy, determining goals and priorities. This role will serve as the liaison and communication hub for all educational activities, ensuring all aspects of education is effectively monitored and communicated to all channels and departments.


  • Communicate Brand Strategy to Sales and Education executives

  • Develop strong partnerships with National Account (Sephora, Ulta, QVC)

  • Develop education materials for specific accounts, which could require writing content from scratch 

  • Accountable for delivering Retails Sales budget for assigned national accounts

  • Responsible for event space and location ensuring retail environment is consistent

  • Participate in ad hoc projects and analysis, as needed

  • Travel as needed to monitor retail stores, as needed

Key Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Education or related field

  • 5+ years' experience in Beauty Sales & Education 

  • Prior experience leading a field sales team

  • Sephora experience highly preferred

  • Strong project management skills and experience supporting cross-functional teams throughout innovation process

  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage details while responding to changing priorities and feedback

  • Strong writing skills 

  • OK with travel, as needed
