Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do as an Sales and Office Coordinator:


·       Calendar management: scheduling appointments/meetings, arranging and confirming all details, resolving scheduling conflicts

·       Relationship management: developing and maintaining strong relationships across teams and with client counterparts and their executive assistants

·       Meeting management: coordinating and confirming all details including attendees, conference room, video/conference details, creating agendas, attending meetings, drafting and circulating meeting notes and editing and distributing materials
