Position Overview:



In this role you will be answering customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms.



Responsibilities:





  • Aid in the preparation of key presentations, and the preparation, logistics and planning of sales meetings




  • Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences




  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signing to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support




  • Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports





Key Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 1-2 years experience as a Sales Assistant, preferably

  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent analytical skills
