In this role, you would be responsible for assisting with shipping orders, charging orders, shipping samples to accounts, and providing customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, order integration, reduce accounts receivable with regular collections, and charge and release orders for shipment
• Mark line sheets, coordinate appointments, log and track purchase orders for multiple accounts, and follow-up accordingly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, remain current of emerging industry trends, and provide recommendations
• Provide customer service support for consumers via the phone, present an optimal customer service experience, and provide solutions
• Answer customer's inquiries and concerns, assist with sales calls, enter orders, and maintain and update data in the system
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
